Hone your research and presentation skills at our annual Graduate Poster Symposium each fall semester, where graduate students showcase their work and compete for scholarships of up to $500.

Abstract deadline: Sunday, October 11, 2026 at 11:59 p.m.

Poster Symposium: Tuesday, October 27, 2026 in the JCSU Ballrooms

B1: Master's Students in Liberal Arts, Social Sciences, Education, Business, Journalism and Social Work
A2: Doctoral Students in STEM and Public Health
B2: Master's Students in STEM and Public Health

Printing costs

The GSA is not able to cover poster printing costs. Students are responsible for arranging and funding their poster printing. We encourage students to check with their advisor or department to check if there is funding available to help with this expense.

Scholarship amount and eligibility

Participants will be eligible for awards of up to $500.

Due to the underlying funding model of the programs, Graduate Students enrolled in the following programs are ineligible to receive any monetary awards scholarships from the GSA Poster Symposium:
