Student organization conduct history

The Office of Student Conduct maintains and publishes the University's official records regarding student organization conduct violations. This comprehensive transparency report provides students, families, and the public with clear, factual data regarding finalized cases that have resulted in a finding of responsibility, including disclosures published in compliance with the federal Stop Campus Hazing Act of 2024. By making these verified outcomes accessible, we support the University's commitment to accountability and campus safety.

The student conduct framework functions as an educational experience designed to promote community-based resolutions and meaningful learning. This educational process has the potential of resulting in developmental growth, changes in behavior, and increased understanding of obligations and privileges within the University community for students, clubs, and organizations.

The 91ԭƬ's Men's Rugby Club is prohibited from participating in rugby practice and rugby matches, effective immediately. The club may communicate with the league, pay league fees, and schedule rugby matches. This prohibition from participation will remain in effect until the following occurs: The Office of Student Conduct receives an updated club roster for the 2025 – 2026 academic year. The roster must identify which club members will be serving on the executive board. The Office of Student Conduct is notified of and approves the person expected to serve as the club's advisor during the 2025 – 2026 academic year. The Office of Student Conduct will review and decide whether to approve or deny the club's advisor every year, for three years. The Office of Student Conduct is notified of and approves the person expected to serve as the club's coach during the 2025 – 2026 academic year. The 91ԭƬ's Men's Rugby Club is on probation for two years, 730 days. Disciplinary probation will start the day the club accepts responsibility for the charge(s) and disciplinary sanction(s) listed above or the day the club is found responsible for the listed charge(s) and/or disciplinary sanction(s) listed above by the Student Conduct Hearing Board/Hearing Officer. Disciplinary probation includes the probability of more severe disciplinary sanctions if the club is found to violate any institutional policies and rules and regulations during the probationary period. Failure to complete the conditions of probationary term may result in other disciplinary sanctions for the club.
